My leave pay is being held back for 60 days. I resigned on 19 Dec '16. Employer runs 16th-to-15th pay cycle. I receive last full salary on 25Jan'17, while the remaining days will be paid on 25/2/17 (along with my leave days - I thought). Employer claims that, because their policy says leave pay will be paid one month after termination, they may terminate after paying the last few days on 25/2/17, which -in their view - ligitimises paying leave payout on 25/3/17. Are they correct?
