On the 25th November 2016 I was call into the Owners office - only myself and him present - he then told me about the economy and how difficult it is and in the same breath verbally told me I'm retrenched coming 30 November 2016 - Labour Department has put in place procedures to be followed!!!!.  He called in the bookkeeper after I left and told her to get my package together. 

I'm quite stunned
