Good Day

I am currently a hostess in a hospital. my payslip states that monthly rate is R3122.46 and my hourly rate is R15.77, however, further on in my payslip it states that my fixed basic is R 2499.54.

I am not sure what salary I should be getting. with the monthly rate it would mean that I need to work approx 198 hours a month but my Employer does not allow my schedule to amount to that hours.

What can I do? please help. this is so confusing.........
