Good day
I have been dismissed by my employer for presumably offering a fellow employee a job. This is an utter blatant lie seeing I have no registered company or positions available to offer anyone employment . The employer did not provide me with any written reason for my dismissal
or provide me any representation during the hearing. There is no clear evidence against me. I was just asking to leave the premises immediately
Was this dismissal legal?

Good day,
My husband has been working for a company in Randburg since August 2015. On 27 October 2016 he was informed that he would be retrenched as from 1st November 2016. His contract states that notice of termination will be 30 days.
After this conversation, on 29 October he was informed that he will no longer be retrenched as the company had been sold. Upon meeting with the new owner my husband was offered a new employment contract stating that notice of termination will be 90 days and also included a salary increase.
Currently there is no clarity on whether this person has fully purchased the company, has withdrawn from the agreement or anything for that matter.
All calls and text message to the new owner has been unanswered. My husband is still working alongside the previous owner at this moment.
We are unsure whether he has any claim or can hand in a complaint with the ccma, and if so, against who?
We are extremely worried and unsure of the future as the "previous owner" of the company is set to leave for Australia on 3 December.
We would greatly appreciate any advice on the matter
l was dismissed from work ,the charge was misconduct.they based their evidence on polygraph test results which they said l failed.they said some company property was missing and the fact that l failed polygraph test l know something or someone who stole it.l believe they dont have any supporting evidence to connect me to the missing property be it be witnesses, video footage .
