Hi there.
We recently found out that our salaries are not the same though we doing the same thing, the qualifications and the grade are the same with no progression levels. The company never told us that there are 2 pay scales in our grade. For example an employee that has plus minus 10 years of service is on the same scale as a person who has plus minus 4 years of service but another employee who has plus minus 20 years of service is on a scale higher than every one else's. Doesn't this practice amount to unfair discrimination?
a question? if an employee works for the same employer in the same grade or level earning the same amount of money but the one employee do more work then the other employee ( meaning of more work then the other ... the one employee operations and scope of the job is greater then the other employee that works for the same employer )
