Ive been harassed ,victimized and a hostile and unwanted enviroment have been created to get rid of me.ive laid a complaint by HR,But they fail to do any thing about it.ive try every thing in my power to resolve but it fail.it seem of making this the hole management team is figthing me.they have retaliated againts me with diffrent ways of dissiplenary actions .my own union has tell me they dont want nothing to do with office politics .am bit nevous of taking it out side because of management ways of dirty tactics they of doing things
Although Labour Protect sympathies with your situation, according to my knowledge there is no legislation that governs "harassed ,victimized and a hostile and unwanted enviroment". Alternatively you could resign and approach the CCMA with regard to a constructive dismissal. However this would not be advised as often the onus lies with you to prove that things have gotten so bad that you had no other option but to resign. Often in practices this is difficult to prove and persuade the commissioner.
