i have been told that my work and contract dictates i will work wherever my employer says i shoud. i have been told if i do not go i will be charged with insubordination and dismissed without a doubt. i have provided reasons and suggestions to them advising them that i cannot leave my 16 moth old and go. i also cannot ask her and her father to go leaving his job and our dogs behind. who pays his salary? they are refusing to listen to the fact that others can go. that others can and should be approached to go. they merely say you do not have a site you will go and thats that. if you do not like it tough luck. all advice is appreciated. thanks.

Good day

Is the fact that you will be required to move according to the wishes of your employer stipulated in your employment contract?
