I resigned and have put the matter to the ccma plese advice if l have a case i resigned because of the following reasons.work became unbearable after l asked for an increment.l was made to work on contless ocassions from 7 to 9 and couldnt go home ,made to work without taking lunch,made to sleep over for free at their for their convinience ,overtime was not paid at one and a half was nt paid my leave days in full only 8 days paid as penalty for taking days for my brothers burial and my wife giving birth and lastly made to work during my leave to free please advice

Ok to say to you what you should have done is really fruitless here we need to work with what you said and your action at present time - referral to the ccma, tel me what have you stated on the 7.11 referral form and what is your service years? I have claimed constructive dismissal and have cited the afore mentioned grievances as the cause of my resignation i have been working there for 2years please advice as i am in for conarb on the 24th of february
