I have left a company 3 months ago. I am a sales representative commission earner. I had deals that were signed but not installed yet by the time I had left the company. They are refusing to pay me the commission on these deals because they are saying that all the deals had to be payed up, installed and invoiced before I left. There is nothing in my contract that states this. is this correct?
