Our Contracts state our working hours are 7:45 too 16:30, as I earn R14000.00 I have been advised by my boss that I must work through my lunch time, (therefore I am not entitled to a lunch break) and if the requires I must stat after 16:30 I must stay, as I earn a salary of R14000.00 therefore according to him I am not classified as normal staff ?? Every time I state that I am entitled to a lunch break of 1 hours, which ALL the other staff get, and that I do not have to work after 16:30, he says, must I show you the law regarding your working hours.  Is this true or not.  I also start work every morning at just after 7:00 instead of 7:45.  Please I want an Act stating the facts not just a response that you are entitled to a lunch break etc.  Thanks
