I suffered a Traumatic amputation of my leg due to an accident in 2012 was off work on rehab(amputation of Rt Leg). Went back to work late 2013. persevered with work, on the road-sales. Tough industry. Very demanding job. Lots of after hours work required to keep up.
Health and physical situation deteriorated- Severe Fibromyalgia developed,and reoccurring illness as a result of increased stress due to not being able to cope with work demands resulted in hospitalization. Since then, June/July Ive not been able to return to work. The company reopened my case with Insurance regarding medical boarding and on recommendation of my specialists,Temporary Disability granted by Company Insurance brokers.
Now the company has informed me that they will be terminating my employment with them by 11 November 2015.
I would like to know from someone what are my rights, and what legal advise or assistance should I be getting to ensure that I get the best outcome possible for my situation.??
