Good Day, I'm currently under investigation by my employer. We keep on having these informal meeting where I'm questioned, I want to find out if I can request not to answer questions at these meetings and rather at a formal disciplinary enquiry as I feel they are looking for reasons to dismiss me. If you have nothing to hide then I would recommend that answer the questions while under investigation however please be cautious so as to not give your employer a reason to dismiss you. meaning that you should basically proceed with your work as you usually do.
