Job was advertised externally a day after suspension imposed. Disciplinary hearing date had been confirmed. I have submitted this evidence to the external facilitator that conducted the hearing yesterday. In addition to this, the suspension pending the outcome of the hearing was agreed by both employer and myself, to remain confidential, however I have also received proof of this info being communicated, by the clients themselves. I am awaiting outcome of hearing, expected later this week. Pls could you advise me on my rights in this case.
