I would like advice on how i can get an appeal  for this final written warning for the following incidents :

1 Stating on a back and forth  email communication with a Team Manager where a client was complaining about the noise level in the background and it was escalated and only to disagree with the Manager and said its "plan and simple " that the client is complaining on a call. This Team manager escalated this as a grievance to HR of intimidation.

2 TL conversation addressing my Dr booking off ...now while chatting on whatsapp with her i asked her if she had recieved my message and asked "did i not state that in my sms" a grievance was escalated to HR

3 During a calibration session a few months back a had a disagreement with the one of the Team Managers where there were certain individuals who agreed with me and others didnt. words were exchanged and it got heated however, we managed to talk it through and apologise to each other for our behaviour during the sessions. I then had a discussion with my Team Manager and she insisted that i do not associate myself in coaching sessions for a few weeks and it affeted my kpi..a month later then i got back into doing my normal daily requiements. That was then escalated as a grievance to HR

4 There was a meeting where i merely asked to understand process if new agents are meant to sit with best performing agents or the poor performing agents. i told i undermine training processes. This was escalated to HR.

Now please note there was no grievance procedure , no one sat down had sessions with me to address this matter .

There were no tools provided from management to help improve my communication skills

None of the matters were documented

And i was not given enough time to prepare myself for all these grievances some which i thought were in the past and are finished and never to be addressed.

Please assist if this final written warning was fair and on what grounds can i appeal it.
