started work Jan, permanent employee April this year.  almost from day one of being permanent warnings started.  When I asked to start disciplining workers, I was told by my own Manager that he would rather fire me than any of the other workers.  Manager told me late July that he would accept my resignation and oay me to mid August if I resigned then.  I cannot resign as I dont have other work to go to.  Warnings started getting serious from the very next day, resulting in notice of disciplinary hesring against me tomorrow. Myesterday I was served with anoter notice of disciplinary hearing, also for to'orrw, same time as first hearing - I refused to sign it.

URgENT advice please - my nerves are finished and I cant afford to be without work.
