Illness benefit I claimed illness benefit three years ago now I been working for two years now uif rejected my claim why is that

Refer to the UIF for reasons. They are obliged to provide you with reasons upon request as they are carrying out a public function.

I claimed illness benefit three years ago got well went back to work for two years now I'm ill again went to claim uif and was rejected why is that

Told me it works on a four year cycle but I been paying uif two full years
