My College had a disciplinary hearing today on the grounds that she estimated a meter reading when a actual reading was available. She had proof of an email from her manager stating that the manager estimated the reading and that she should just re-bill. In today's hearing the mail was thrown out as evidence as this was not proof enough because at the end of the mail it didn't say who it was from. The manager also says that she doesn't recall sending such a mail. Furthermore, the estimate billing was done when the accused was on study leave and this is evident on the server as you can see the dates.
Please can you give advise on this as this seems to be a plot to do everything for her to be dismissed.
