My contract states office hours are from 08:30 - 17:00 with a 30 minute break for lunch, and specifies that meal intervals do not form part of the official working hours

I earn above the threshold for overtime, but now they want to spilt the shifts on a weekly rotation

Shifts are: 08:00 - 18:00, 13:00 - 23:00 and 22:00 - 08:00 next day all with an hours lunch

Are these shifts correct? can it be 10 hours?
