Good day

 

I have been working for a company since December 2010 and at most only had about 10 lunch breaks, must they  remunerate me for the days I was expected to be available at my desk?

If you are of the opinion that your employer is not complying with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, refer the matter to the Department of Labour.
