I would like to know how to report unfair labour practice by my company. Off peak seasons we work 66 hours a week with 1 day off per week. Peak/festive seasons we work 80 hours per week with no days off. Thank you

Examine your contract. It is also possible that there is a sectoral determination which allows for flexibility in working hours during the peak season.

 

Should you wish to refer the matter to a labour inspector, contact the Department of Labour
