I have a slight problem. Every week, maybe once or twice a week, there is no one to relief me from duty. I work 8 am till 4 pm every day, get no lunch or tea breaks and then at the end of my shift I have to wait and wait  for someone to relief me, without any prior notice.

At the end of the day I am tired and actually feel sick all the time. What makes the matter worse is that I don't get paid fro the time that I at the business after my shift is suppose to end. Any help please?
