I have worked for a company for just over 1 and a 1/2 years and unfortunately have been suspended for something I wanted to do but did not do. I wanted to return stock that was not meant to go back and therefore I now face charges of gross negligence / derelict of duty which I also was made to sign a warning for. Can they charge me for something that I intended to do but did once I realised my mistake which is the first of its kind in all the time that I have worked for them.
