My father work 20 years as a tour bus operator for the same company. 8 years ago he had a heart atack and a triple bypass. Last month he went on tour to cape town and the second night in cape town ha a heart attack a major one. He was in critical care an 7cu for 2 weeks. The company did not want to pay for my mother for a air ticket and everybodynhad to help. After they fly back to pretoria again he was submitted to hospital again by his heart specialist in pretoria. His heart fiunction is only 22% and had to get a pacemker. On the 19th of october he needs to get a bypass on both his legs. His company ask the doctor for a medical letter and the doctor said they need to board himas he will never be allowed to be a tour bus operator. The company wanted to see him today and gave him a letter stated that they have to let him go becaus of his medical condition but they are willing to pay him 3mnths salary. They are going to let his medical aid know at november that my fayher will take over the payments. My mom is sick she did not work and they dont have any money. Is this possible
