Good Day

 

My name is Sydney Lekala with ID 7003055466087.

 

I started working for SAPS AIRWING TECHNICAL SERVICES on 01 February 2007 as a contract worker under a labour broker and I was promised by SAPS Manager to employ me permanently but until today nothing has happened.

 

I have been working under few labour brokers contracted to SAPS. The labour broker I am working for now their contract ended 31-09-2014 and this means I have no job now.

 

I have a proof of promise from SAPS Manager for permanent employment.

 

Can you please advise me on this matter please.

Refer to an attorney. You may have a reasonable expectation of permanent employment. However, you must be aware that your employment with a labour broker means you do not actually have an employment relationship with SAPS.
