I need advice on a matter. I have just been told by my employer that he is going to give me a letter to sign stating that if i do not raise a certain amount in sales in the next 2 months i must leave the company. What must i do? I was also on probation and it was up 2 months ago and they have not renewed my contract. Feel like i am at a dead end and don't know which way to turn.
