I was approached by my current employer to come and work for them I was employed at the time. When I first read the contract they had a clause whereby there was a 3month probation period I disputed this and it was taken off the contract. What the company is telling now that it is company policy to have a probation period and that it can be enforced. I would never leave my previous employer if I new this.
What can I do legally if they want to enforce this?
