Need some assistance please. My employer changes my hours of work as he sees fit. When I started at the company my contract stated I will work from 4 pm till 10 pm. After 2 years he changed my hours from 8 am till 4 pm. I never received a new contract with my new hours and now he has decided to change me back to my old shift. I was not very happy about the new hours as I had to re-arrange my daughters schedule, now I have to re-arrange it again. Is there nothing I can do about this situation?
