UNFAIR DISMISSAL AND FORCING EMPLOYEE TO SIGN "SETTLEMENT"

An Embassy in South Africa dismissed me after my probation and asked me leave

immediately and come back for my salary at the end of that month.

Money they owed me was for time I worked and leave paid owed.

Immediately I went to CCMA and reported them.

At the end of the month they said I could fetch my outstanding money and sign

a document (with no amount, no settlement figure etc.) and I would not

pursue them through CCMA.  The case was already at CCMA 3 weeks prior.

The amount paid was only for money they paid me.

After picking up cheque, found out that they already had a new lady

in my place.  Someone internally was placed in my position and a

lady that had retired wanted to come back to work.  They simply

placed her in that position and placed the current lady in my

position.

Is this all legal
