The employee went on early maternity leave due to not being able to travel.Maternity leave had to start in may,employee went of first week in April.Company pays the employee full salary for April.Company pays employee a third of salary for May,June and July. Employee gives birth in June and hands in application to labor department 2 weeks after birth.Employer informs employee that their agreement of payment has been met.Employee will not receive anymore benefits for August and is expected back in September.Employee is unhappy and holds company responsible for the delay in application at labor department. Employee resigned and does not agree that employer was not obliged to pay. Employee has worked for company only a full 3 months.
