Unilateral change in contract

Now I am a memeber of Labour Protect.

Let me keep this short. I work for a big manufacturing Company where staff employees(me) and hourly employees are treated differently. We as manufacturing staff do not belong to a bargaining counsil. A few months back the hourly employees went on strike for obviously more money. When they came back they signed an collective agreement with the company that we would start working a swing shift with the hourly employees getting Saturday x1.5 and for Sunday double pay.( In the collective agreement it doesnt state that the staff employees is excluded in the collective aggrement, which i have a copy from) We are working the swing shift for 3 months now with no extra pay or changes made to my contract. We have started a Staff Forum but they keeping us for fools, now they are talking about restructuring. Clever way of doing just what they want. I am fed up with the forum because they are going nowhere. Even the head of HR said we as staff do not have the umbrella that the unions have protecting them. My question is what can i do about this.furious
