Hi there, my question relates to an employee's rights regarding working hours and lunch breaks:

Does an employee have any say about working hours, especially regarding lunch breaks? Can an employer enforce the time of lunch breaks without consulting with an employee? When new management takes over, do they have the right to change an employee's lunchtime, without consulting with that particular employee?
