I have been employed by company from Feb 2013. To date I have not been given an employment contract. Secondly... I have been doing the work of an employee who passed away fro 3 months now. I approach my boss about doing the work and also being paid extra. He is discriminating on grounds of my age,gender and also that I travel a long distance to work. He wants to employ male for position. I have also been questioned about my personal life and if I will fall pregnant in near future. Please advise
