I'm not sure this has been covered or not. But I have been working for this company for just over 2 years, and on multiple occasions they failed to pay my salary in full. So I decided to leave. Now I'm trying to get me back pays, but they refuse to pay me that moneys. What should be my course of action?

Unpaid salaries can be referred to the Department of Labour, who will appoint a Labour Inspector to investigate the matter, and possibly issue a compliance notice to your employer.
