I have accepted a settlement offer from my employer in return for the employer to drop Disciplinary Charges. I have resigned and the employer will pay in a month's notice period and all leave due less statutory deductions as part of the deal. Is this settlement offer final or can I still cancel it? I am not sure if I have made the right decision. Can I still retract and how many days do I have to do the retraction? Will the employer convene a further Disciplinary for me?
