Hello

Our Municipality has relocated from Secunda to Ermelo and there was no collective agreement between SAMWU (South African Municipal Workers Union) and the Employer.

The Employer only offered temporary Transpost and accomodation for affected employees

Kindly advise, can the UNION lodge a dispute against the employer and what are the chances of winning the case
