How do I report a company without effecting the victim. This company a one man owner doesn't provide contracts, salary slips . He says he takes paye off their salary but there is no proof. He expects them to work longer than 9 hours and on weekends with no extra pay. This victim was unhappy and told them she could resign with immediate effect. She worked 3 weeks long hours and then didnt pay her. She doesnt want to take it further as she has feelings for him. But I think its not justified and what about the other 4 people that work for this person.
