I have been suspended on full pay pending an investigation and hearing. I would like to know whether I am still entitled to the benefits of my cell phone and petrol card, until the hearing? 

I have my doubts as to the fairness of the suspension, as there were no witnesses, I was just presented with some "evidence" and was told to sign the form stating I was suspended and that a hearing was pending. I was then told to hand in my petrol card, phone and anything else related to the company, clean out my desk, and then was marched out like a criminal. The humiliation is bad enough, but I would Mostly like to know about the phone Etc. (both of which are listed on my Employment Contract as benefits).
