I was employed by a big SA construction company in JHB as a Divisional HSE Manager. After 6 months I was seconded to a project on an Anglo site in Rustenburg were the client(Anglo) required us to sign a 2.17.1 appointment MHSA (safety officer). After working on the project for one year, the client requested to my Head Office for my removal(due to financial constraints). Due to this, I was suspended from work for three months with full pay, charged with gross negligence and dismissed by my company based on the 2.17.1 appointment given to us by the client. I filed an internal appeal as per the company's procedures but it has never been acknowledged or accepted by the company. Please advise
