Hi, on 8 Dec 2004 I was employed at a Citrus Packing company and received a house as part of the package when I slipped and fell on the veranda which was glazed to enhance appearance. This made it very slippery with the slightest rain. I broke my left ankle and was taken to dr who treated me. I was on crutches for 5 months only taking off for doctors appointments. Now this ankle and my right hip and lower back is giving me increasing pain so much so that I can sometimes not walk properly. The incident was never reported to Workman's compensation. I am now 64 and still working but find it hard to cope with the pain. How can I claim and can I claim
