My husband sleeps around with lots of others women  -what are my rights to keep my three year old boy when I get divorced?

He abuses me verbally and emotionally.

I am scared to divorce him, because he treats me like dirt and earns a lot of money.

He does not want me to work and I have a lot of proof(video, memory stick and women that will witness of his acts)

I am scared to loose my boy in a nasty divorce. . . .he can play dirty and take everything away from me!
