okay so this is a summary of everything that took place

on the 18th of December a manager wanted to issue me with a final written warning for a system error which I contested as my team leader was aware of the error and I went all out to rectify this error taking into account im only 6 months at the company.the manager kept victimising me because I contested the warning.on the 20th December he called me into a meeting with a team leader and began to raise his voice ,I became emotional and was crying,he signed the warning and made a note that I refused to sign it. he then concluded the meeting so I asked him can I go to the bathroom as I need to wash my face and use the toilet but never mentioned I need to use the ladies as that I felt would be rude.taking into account we had been in meetings from 8am and I asked him at 10.50am.he then said NO I should use the bathroom during my lunch which is scheduled at 11am.as I stood up I felt I really need the ladies so I ran and bare in mind I asked him 3times and he said NO.WHEN I stood up I ran off to the ladies and became more emotional so then went up to our hr department as I felt victimised?they advised me to send a mail to the managers senior so they could help me.when I got back to my desk he informed me that he is charging me for insurbodination.since then I have been suspended and am waiting to attend a hearing which he said could lead to dismissal? PLEASE HELP ME
