Can I tell employees that they have to use a clock card system without them necessarily agreeing to it? I told a staff member that he needs to use the clocking system like everyone else and he said it was not part of his verbal agreement with the previous manager and he refuses to do so. He phoned a union buddy and he said he does not have to and that it is illegal.
