our documents are audited by the audit committee of a college every quater, the beginning of April the audit was done , and our was called to come to this meeting to get the Audit Report.

The Board of directors told me everything was wrong.

The CEO accused me of sleeping with my wife, the same bed, the same house and that im going to bring the school down.(My wife was the shareholder in the same company and she has resigned last year.)

Therefore i am totally against this decision by the Board and the school Management.
