I was offered a permanent posistion on the 1st of Jan 2013. In Letter of Employment it states that I have a 3 month probation period. After 16 April 2013 (probation over) my boss asked me to extend my probation period to another 3 months as he felt I was not performing. Can this be done? To extend probation when probation period is over? I think they want to fire me anyway so what rights do I have as a permanent employee as opose to an employee on probation?
