The same day the registrar of the labour court signed the writ and I took it to the sherrif my ex employer's lawyer applied for a motion to set the award aside. This is exactly 6 weeks after the award was handed down.

The 1st respondent is the CCMA, the 2nd the commisioner and me the 3rd.

I got the email from the lawyer when I arrived back home from the sherrif.

What happens in this case?

This would be an application to review the award. You employer has the right to do this. Approach the labour court for further assistance.
