Ok lets start i already have a final written warning on my file which has been on there for 2 years expires in June 2013.

I will explain a little about the type of job i do, i am not office based i go to the office each morning to get items i may need during the day, i have an area to cover which i manage myself i book my own appts and manage my own time throughout the day. i am given a company van which i have had since 2001 and i am allowed to take it home each night.

However back in December i realised after arriving into the office i forgot my wallett and keys and my wife was leaving for her work at 12pm. so i raced home to collect them as i have an hour for lunch the whole trip took about 1 and a ahalf hrs to complete as i work in sutton and live in west london and stayed on at work to make up the time,

However whilst on my way home i realised i have enough time to reach home before my wife went to work so i stopped off at my local shop, whilst there i got a parking ticket  so the company are disciplining me for missuse of a council van unauothorised abcsence and bringing the council into disrepute over the ticket what chances do i have
