Good Day

I am an eployee at college, deal with client service of students. Recently me and my colleagues were invited for the session as stated above. I am not sure if its a hearing or discussion session. My concern is, me and my colleague we have been targeted for personal reasons as incompetent and not cooperative. They deliberately ignored us for promotional positions and employed the so called co ordinator who does not have any clue of what is happening in our unit. So, it seems she is not performing and we are now blamed for other people's fault. what I would like to know are my rights and how do I handle such situation when i get to the discussion meeting.
