My company paid 2 months of my salary while on maternity leave, yet they have a policy that the loan is repayable if you resign within a year from returning from maternity leave. However the company is currently busy retrenching staff  and i have therefore decided to find a new job. If i resign under these circumstances will i still need to pay back the maternity loan?
