Overtime for sundays and public holidays

I have a question about the interpretation of the BCEA Rule on payment for work on sundays.
What would be considered Ordinarily. Our company operates from Monday to Friday 8-6 and Saturday & Sunday and Public holidays 9am - 5pm.
We rotate the weekends and public holidays amongst the members of the call centre.
The rotation as advised by the company at the time, started on a once every 5th week basis, as we were 5 staff in the call centre, 1 staff member left, the company did not replace and then changed our rotation to once evert 4, without consultation.
Would that make me an occasional(x2) Sunday worker or and ordinarily/normal(x1.5 / x1.33) Sunday worker.

This pertains to the grievance I had lodged

Thanks and regards.

2.8Pay for work on Sundays : Section 16

2.8.1An employee who occasionally works on a Sunday must receive double pay.

2.8.2An employee who ordinarily works on a Sunday must be paid at 1.5 times the normal wage.

2.8.3Paid time off in return for working on a Sunday may be agreed upon.
