CCMA CASE WON - EMPLOYER HAS PAID SETTLEMENT ON DUE DATE

Please advise, I recently won my case against my previous employer and they had 6 days to pay the settlement into my bank account as per the agreement signed at the CCMA . They have failed to do this and come with excuses that they are working on the paper work etc etc stalling tactics. Please advise what action I can take as they balatantly ignore the CCMA ruling?

You have to take the settlement back to the CCMA to have it certified then it must be taken to the Labour Court to have it made an order of Court and then enforced.
